Hi Everyone,
I need a pareve icing (preferably chocolate) that does not require any stovetop cooking. It does not need to be kosher for pesach.

most people think that you have to melt choc chips in double boiler ... if you don't have microwave ... you can melt in heavy duty glass cup/bowl for a few minutes in oven in same hold with towel glass gets very hot ... stir in some parve milk or rich's whip into chocolate chips and mix ... pour over whatever and will harden ... but not so much that can't cut ... this is a ganache'

I have an amazing glaze if thats ok
1 cup conf. sugar
3 tblsp water
" " oil
" " cocoa
combine anc pour on cake
enjoy

I mox earth bablnce, soy milk maple syrup, cocoa, and confec sugar.
rough quantities
3 tblsp earth bablnce
2 tbsp maple syrup
1-3 tblsp soy milk
4 tbsp cocoa
3 cups sugar
