Not made with smoked salmon, made with raw salmon.
I heard someone ate this, and Id like to try making it. Its made w strips of raw salmon that you bake.

Some fish stores cut the raw salmon into strips. Does anyone know who in BP does?
Anyone have a more detailed recipe, with a different cooking liquid, or different presentation?

I have seen recipes using strips of salmon cut by the fish monger, rolled into roses, placed in muffin tins and baked. The sauce was something like bbq/brown sugar.

Have 2 recipes put it into a foil baking pan 9x13 Don't remove it shouldn't fall apart. #1. put into a small pot. 1/2 cup lemon juice. 1/2 c vinegar 3/4 c craisins 6 bay leaves 1/2 c water 2 tsp. salt boil for a few min pour on top of salmon roses cover bake 350 50 min. #2. 1 1/2 cup wine one onion sliced, little water cook 20 min. when cool pour off onions and liquids-mix tog. 1cup ketchup,half c vinegar,half c mayo,half c sugar, garlic powder,slice in a purple onion, put pickling spice in a cloth pour on top.
