I have my recipe in commercial quantities
But I can give u the basics. This recipe is a winner and whoever I gave it to loved it.
3-4 cans of tuna
5 eggs
1 big sautéed onion, diced
1 carrot, shredded
1 unpeeled zucchini, shredded
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon instant chicken soup mix
Salt, garlic powder, black pepper to taste
Corn flake crumbs to thicken

Flake the tuna, add rest of ingredients. Mix well, scoop and bake on 375 until golden
About 45 min.
Enjoy
