Does anyone have a good idea for a salad that goes well with a deli roll?

I think any fresh tcp type salad with lettuce...
I omce tasted this amazing salad...really simple just lettuce and sweet potato chips on top. peel sweet potato so it ends up little peices and fry them... dressing I think was a vinegar type dressing maybe...
but really any fresh salad with lettuce would go well... also a mustard dressing would work well... :-)

Bissli to follow Bamba...
Pretty much any kind of vegetable salad.
- shredded red cabbage salad
- carrot salad
- coleslaw
- fennel salad
- Israeli salad
- just plain green salad
something with light dressing, French or vinaigrette or plainly balsamic vinegar and olive oil
