ISO Pistachio Salmon Recipe

Anyone know a great, easy, delicious recipe for pistachio crusted salmon?
If your recipe has mustard in it, can you tell me if you can taste the mustard in the finished product or if it blends in (as I do not want the mustard taste)?

Nut Crusted Salmon with Creamy Chrain Sauce by Naomi Nachman:

1/8 cup red horseradish
1/8 cup mayo
1 cup shelled salted pistachios
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 pounds salmon fillet (one whole side of a salmon)

Mix the horseradish and mayo together in a small bow.
Place the salmon on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the mayo mixture over the fish and set aside.
In a food processor, crush the nuts until they are coarsely ground but not too fine. Add in the brown sugar and lemon juice and mix until it looks like wet sand.
Pat nut mixture on top of salmon and bake for 25 minutes at 350.

I've made this lots of times and it's good. The changes that I make to it are: I almost never use it with pistachios because I never see that in the store so I use some other finely chopped nut or even peanut brittle and it tastes great though probably not exactly the same as pistachio. This also eliminates the need to crush it in a food processor which I love. Also I cook it for a lot more than 25 minutes (but maybe that's just my oven). Enjoy!

sprinkle salt and pepper on salmon. mix mayo with ranch dressing powder (or make your own spice blend - check google) and spread over salmon. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios, and then pour some white wine around it. bake.
