I'm looking to buy a firm mattress for my newborn but I have no clue what specs to look for. Anyone knows what I should be looking for or what brand/model is good for a newborn?

I bought a serta. It was $$$ and too plush. So I returned and got one from a store called Katz in the cradle in brooklyn. It's great
