What's the point of going to your kids school dinner?
Our's is coming up soon and I can never understand why?Why do we need to go?
Is it good for us?/for the school?

I just went this past Motzei Shabbos it was very nice I felt like I was supporting the school by going.

By purchasing a ticket you're helping support the school. School dinners are a way of fundraising.

At my school you don't purchase tickets each family must as part of tuition pay certain amount for dinner wether they go or not.
