Lettuce
Cucumbers
Avocado
Crush flat pretzels
Dressing:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
2 tsp soy sauce
2 TBSP white vinegar
2 tsp mustard
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp garlic

mmmm- sounds good!
I think I'd break the crisps into pieces, for texture- not crushed. I'm thinking if they get crushed, the can get mushy from the dressing- no?
