Does anyone have a good recipe to make a good stirfry with chicken breasts and chinese frozen veggies?

Either precook the chicken breasts and cut into bite sized pieces or cut into bite sized pieces and cook in the pan with a bit of oil and soy sauce. Once it's cooked through, add the veggies, add seasoning (my favorites are black pepper, minced garlic and garlic powder - feel free to add ginger), cover and serve when the veggies are hot...

Cut chicken breast into pieces. Season with grill seasoning. Stir fry until just barely cooked. Add veggies. Cook for a few more minutes, you want the veggies to still have a little "bite". Add one TBSP ginger, one TBSP garlic and a few squeezes of plum sauce (or pineapple sauce) to give it a glaze. Mix. Serve with rice.

LO Mien:
half pack spagetti
chicken in small pieces
dip chicken in corn starch or flour
fry for 1 or 2 minutes... See More... See More
put lokshon in 9x13 pan
add chicken
add vegtables frozen pepper baby corn mushrooms whatever
half cup soy sauce
quater cup oil
3 cloves crushed garlic or powder
mix together bake for 1 hour
