A while ago, binah had a yummy looking recipe for a chicken wonton salad with a sweet apricot dressing. Anyone make it/have the recipe? TIA

I think I have the chicken marinade, dressing, salad ingredients...
Don't have the exact directions for the wonton though.
I can post if you'd like.
It seems to be based on the KBD wontons.

I made the wontons from KBD entertains but used the dressing from that sauce as a dipping sauce for wontons and eggrolls and it was delicious
I've also served a side salad with wontons or eggrolls and drizzled some of that dressing on top, but I'd rather put the wontons on the side than on top, cuz they're warm and I'm afraid the oil from frying would make the lettuce soggy

salad:
8 oz. bag romaine lettuce
3 scallions, sliced
1 carrot, finely shredded
3/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
apricot honey dressing (see recipe)
toasted sesame seeds
chicken marinade:
2 chicken cutlets
3 Tbsp oil
2 tsp wine vinegar
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp corn starch
2 garlic cloves
dressing:
6 oz. apricot jam
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp teriyaki sauce
2 tsp mustard
