I have tilapia and a bag of frozen peas, carrots, & corn. I would like to make something using both (can add other veggies too) but don't have any good recipes. Any ideas? I prefer baked to fried but either is ok

saute onions add the veggies. add a can of tomatoe sauce & a little water add spices.
sugar salt pepper....... cook for 15min, in a baking pan put the fish add the veggies bake for 1/2 hr.
