Elegant "shrimp" pasta
Makes 4 servings
8 oz linguuini
oil
1 lpkge mock shrimp, defrosted
2 sliced garlic cloves
2 tsp thyme
hot pepper flakes to taste
zested and juiced lemon
2 T fresh parsley
You cook the noodles or use leftovers and set aside.
Heat some oil and sautee the fish. Add the spices and stir to coat. Cook a few minutes to absorb flavors (fish is precooked). Remove from heat, add your lemon juice and zest. Add to noodle pot and mix well until evenly distributed. Serve warm.

Shredded and pressed bland-tasting white-fleshed fish like pollock, among others.
