Had one I used for Pesach, kids loved it and now cant seem to find it. Any help please?

This one is originally from Moosewood:
1 pound carrots, shredded
1 small can crushed pineapple or pineapple tidbits, drained
1 cup plain yogurt
1 squirt honey
1 handful raisins
Juice of one lemon
You can add in different things for variety. Choose from:
pinch celery seed
sprinkle of ground cinnamon
small handful sunflower seeds
sesame seeds, to taste
Enjoy!
ETA: I forgot the lemon juice. Edited in case another person needs this recipe.

Looking for the parve version. I think it had shredded carrots, crushed pineapple, sugar etc.

I make a very simple carrot salad. It is my own recipe and there are no set quantities. I like it quite sweet but you can regulate the sweetness to your own taste.
finely grated carrots
pineapple pieces w/ some juice
sugar to taste
fresh squeezed lemon juice
chopped pecans
craisins
Best if made a day before for flavors to blend.
