Sure. I've done it. Use 1/3 the amount of dill you would usually use.

I've made dip with dried dill and it comes out fine. Maybe it's not as full-flavored as with fresh dill, but still very good.

What is your recipe for dill dip? I was looking for one but I only found milchig ones.
