Preferable under $30 for the entire outfit.

Why are companies making little girls fall\winter clothing 3/4 or short sleeves. Its getting cold.

its a pain. and if its a colored dress it has to match.
I like long sleeved - but it looks like the designers do not.

did you check children's place recently?
bc I got this for dd for Yom Tov:
children's place dress

With a coupon it is $30, and it is a stretchy comfy velour, so you can order a size up for length and it will still look good. The size 14 was below the knee on my size 10 daughter.

I've been checking out childrens place especially because I have 40 off 80 place cash.
BUT - why is it short sleeve. At least make it sleevless to be a jumper!!
What color did you put underneath?

The sleeve is just a small cap sleeve - dd tried it on with a white shell and it looked great.
I would also put it with a black shell. Just definitely do at least one size up bc it is narrowly cut (zipper up the back)

If you're not completely stuck with online shopping, I suggest checking out a consignment store. They tend to have classier brands within lower price ranges, and I suspect those brands might be more likely to have at least something in long sleeves. I found some beautiful long-sleeved dresses for DD in a consignment store for about $10 each (some more, some less depending how fancy the brand) and they looked brand new to me.
