I am looking for a recipe that is different than the one I always had - salt and squeeze, add vinegar, sugar, spices.
Anyone?

INTERNATIONAL CUCUMBER SALAD

SALAD

5 cucumbers ( thinly sliced)
1/2red pepper slivered
1/2 green pepper slivered
1 carrot shredded
1 red onion thinly sliced
1 can baby corn nuggets
1 bag purple or green cabbage shredded

dressing 1- marinated

1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. oil
1/2 c. water
2 tsp salt
2/3 c. sugar

option 2

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 tsp salt

combine salad ing
in a saparate bowl, prapare desired dressing.
toss thoroughly.

for best results refrigerate for 8 hrs prior serving.
