I defrosted the frozen mock crab you get at the kosher markets. Its a 1 lb package. I was wondering if I could put it back in the freezer.. Otherwise I would need to use it this week.
So if I cannot refreeze it, my diet friendly recipes besides for crab salad?

I don't know if this is your crab salad recipe, but the sushi place near my work makes a great kana (crab) salad. It's shredded cucumbers (julienned?), mock crab, sesame seeds (optional), with mayo or spicy mayo as the dressing. It's really delicious!

You're not supposed to refreeze things because of bacteria.
