I just got an email about it.
They just started shipping internationally. My computer is having a problem accessing the list of contries (and currencies) but I figured some of our non-US Imamothers might be interested.
I would assume that this also includes Carters as they are one website with one shopping cart.

Dream on. Nothing in life is free. I just picked a pair of pajamas and it was 10.99. Once I updated shipping address to Israel, it was free shipping, but the pajamas went up to 16.49.
But thanks for thinking of us and posting anyway!

Yes, it works on Carters.
Thing is, anything 'on sale' on the US site doesn't get discounted when you ship internationally.
The clearance items and regular-priced stuff is a couple of dollars more when you ship internationally.
Also, they add a charge for 'Tax/ Duties/ VAT'.. so you don't pay anything when you receive your package. (the law says you would pay customs feed for anything over $75)
It's not a steal, but IMO, it's decent. I much prefer online shopping to shlepping around stores with a baby stroller.
