I'm looking for a salad that uses romaine lettuce and hearts of palm, no avocado. Anyone? I feel like I saw one here recently but I can't find it.

I make one regularly. Very simple, nothing that complicated to call it a proper recipe.
It's just torn romaine salad leaves, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and sliced hearts of palm (like in 1" chunk, you can cut in half if you want). I just dress with vinaigrette dressing, or ranch dressing if doing milky.

here is an usual salad using hearts of palm

1 Bag Lettuce Mix
1 package/s Snow Peas
1 can/s Heart Of Palm Drained And Sliced
1 can/s Water Chestnuts Drained
1 Red Pepper Sliced
1/2 cup/s Mushrooms Sliced
Dressing
1/2 cup/s Olive Oil
1/2 cup/s Vinegar
1 shake Oregano Salt And Pepper
