I put chicken wings in sweet&sour duck sauce and it's sitting in my fridge for a few hours. What should I do next with it? I want the chicken very soft, it should 'fall off the bone', but it should also be crispy on the outside.
TIA!

I have a small goerge foreman fat reducing grill. Won't it dry out the wings? And how long to I have to grill it for so the inside should cook through?

When I make wings in the sauce, I do the following with the oven on 375.
Cook them upside down for 45 minutes. Turn over, baste with sauce and bake for another 45 minutes. All uncovered.
They'll be crispy on the outside and meat will be very soft.
Rather than duck sauce, I usually make a mixture of the following (no real measurements): sugar-free apricot jam, mustard, soy sauce, garlic.

Spread sauce from bottom of the pan (or even better more unused sauce) over the tops of the wings after turning them right-side up.
