Vodka Spiked Tomatoes with lemon
lb of tomatoes - either cherry tomatoes or whatever you have
1/4 cup vodka
juice and zest of one lemon
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
You boil water and remove from heat. Then immerse your tomatoes for 30 seconds. Let cool and slide peel off. Add the rest of ingredients and serve in shallow container.

Sounds good, but to me it's a bit of a pain to peel even regular size tomatoes (yes, I know that method makes it easier, but..) I can't imagine sitting and peeling a bunch of cherry tomatoes, I think I'd lose it...
