Generally speaking, I mean. I have a homemade dressing in my refrigerator since shavuos, oil-based, never been opened. Would you use it for this shabbos? Why not, right?

what are the ingredients? a/t that would spoil? and does it have vinegar or lemon juice in it cause those would probably keep it good.
you can just open it and taste a drop and you'll know.
