I meant to keep it for the recipes for dips in it, but I mistakenly threw it out. Anyone have it still? (parshas naso) I would really appreciate if someone can give me the recipes for them, especially the olive dip. Thanks so much!

Olive Dip:
One small jar of olives, 6-8 oz
1/2 cup mayo
1 T vinegar
1/4 ts black pepper
Drain olives, rinse out excess liquid and drain again. Pulse all ingredients in food processor, do not puree.

Jalapeno Dip
3 or 4 jalapeno peppers
1/2 c mayo
2 T vinegar
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Poached Garlic in Olive Oil:
8-10 cloves of garlic
3/4-1 cup olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 pepper
Place oil and cloves into pot, turn on heat to warm, and lower heat when it gets hot. Let simmer, check on it to be sure it isn't burning. Cook until garlic is golden brown, an hour, possibly longer. If you think the garlic is cooking too quickly, cover pot and place it in the oven to continue baking.
