I'm looking for a recipe for Tilapia which I can serve cold on shabbos with a salad... or a recipe using tilapia with a nice presentation.

TIA

I recently had some sort of whitefish- I think it was tilapia- marinated in Italian dressing and baked with some pepper strips. It was SO good!

It wasn't really a recipe. Just pour on Italian dressing and if you want you can add pepper strips to bake with it. It tasted fine cold since it was marinated and not a sauce. You can pour any vinaigrette dressing probably, but the Italian dressing tasted good.

This looks nice. Spinach leaves probably need a bit of sweet dressing.

This one too.

I also think that KBD's Asian bbq salmon salad would be good with tilapia.
