I don't know the recipe, sorry, but when I saw the title, it reminded me of people who have this as one of the simanim on R'H to have a "raise in salary."

What else was in it?
I make one based on cabbage (with a red wine dressing) and one based on quinoa (with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce and sugar).
I add red and yellow peppers, toasted almonds and fresh mint.
