Putting twins in seperate classes

my twins will be 4 this summer IY"H. I am torn - should they be in seperate classes next year or not. anyone have experience with this, would be appreciated.

I'm assuming they are the same gender. I have twins a boy and a girl so it's not an issue. But all the moms of twins I know and all the twins in ds and dd classes are in different classes. One reason is so they become social and not depend on eachother. You don't want teachers to compare them. One might be scholastically stronger than the other, more popular, better behaved. It's better if they are on their own..None of the moms I know regret their decision.
