Sweet & sour cabbage
from Prevention magazine
1 lb shredded red cabbage, the bag is fine
olive oil
sliced onion, red if possible
2 T brown sugar
3-4 T vinegar, balsamic if possible
Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan and add your cabbage, sugar & onion; cook until tender - about 10 minutes. Add the vinegar and let cook a minute longer, serve hot or cold.

Very similar recipe to the cabbage with apples. Sounds yum and more pungent. Can't wait to try!
