This is my kids' favorite salad
Ingredients:
red peppers
bell peppers
baby corn
mushrooms
oil
salt
Directions
Cut up vegetables and mix together with the oil and salt.
Use as many of the ingredients as you like or add others such as cucumbers.

yummy, easy veggie salad:
tomatoes
cucumbers
dice and toss with oil, vinegar, and lawry's seasoned salt
