Don't know how to describe it better, but every time I eat out at Israelis on Fri nite they have the same fish. Spicy, tomato saucy white fish.
Does anyone know how to make it?

It's Moroccan Nile Perch.
I make a sauce with tomato paste, water, cumin, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, a little chilli.
I slice onions, tomatoes and peppers and layer them on the Nile Perch fillets.
Pour the sauce over and bake.
Sorry, not good with exact measurements, but here's a link to a recipe online that can be adapted:

Here's an interesting one made with Salmon that can be adapted (I'd switch the fish, and leave out the olives and chickpeas for a more traditional version)
