It's mayo based and I don't really remember what it taste like, but it's good. The last time I had it was 6 months ago.

my daughter made a fabulous salad for sis's bas mitzvah.
she roasted vidalia onions and sweet potatoes sprinkled with evoo, salt/pepper till done
added them to Romaine lettuce
added grape tomatoes cut in half
tossed with typical vinaigrette dressing
everyone raved!
