Anyone know of a good celery salad? I bought too much Sad

You can make a waldorf salad. Its celery, apples, walnuts & raisins mixed with mayo and lemon juice.

Shredded cabbage, diced celery, lemon juice, salt, pepper and a small splash of oil.

SO yummy.

Not really salad, but you know you can make braised celery (sautee with tiny amount of oil, add water and pave soup powder or salt, cook till soft, you can make it sweet n' sour with some sugar and lemon juice) which can be served hot or room temp. Also cream of celery soup, if you're looking for ways to use up celery. Chopped/grated celery and cheese makes a nice sandwich filling too. Or cook celery with beans to reduce gassiness

Celery slaw from the binah:

1 16oz cabbage bag
1 bunch celery, sliced
1 lb carrots, shredded
1 red onion, diced
2 red peppers, diced
2 pickles, diced

Dressing:
1/2 c oil
1/2 c vinegar
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c water
1 c mayo

DH loves this salad, and it lasts in the fridge for a while.

celery salad

3 stix celery
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 small red onion
2 cucumbers
2 carrots

cut into small cubes, add mayo viniger salt & suger to taste mix & enjoy

6 carrots
6 stalks celery
1 onion

Slice thinly in food processor

6 T mayonnaise
¼ c. lemon juice
¼ oil
¼ c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
