Does anyone have a recipe using romaine lettuce and fresh orange slices? I'm kinda low on salad veggies but I have a ton of oranges and lettuce....

I do romaine lettuce, diced kiwis, fresh blueberries and diced fresh oranges. Pour a bit of orange juice and sprinkle a little sugar.
In reality, you don't need a recipe. Romaine lettuce and any fruit are a great combo.

I make a delicious Asian one using romaine, orange, red onion, and edamame.
The dressing has soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, ginger... Let me know if you'd like the recipe.

Just plain romaine lettuce and orange makes lovely salad.
I also make a salad with (raw) grated carrots and sectioned oranges. Standard vinaigrette dressing made of lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. You can add a dash of cinnamon or cumin.
If you can get fennels (which are in season now), you can shred them thinly, mix with cut up/sectioned oranges and dress the same way.
BTW, you can make light compote with sectioned oranges, or even section oranges, arrange in circles/fans and just sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top. Both make lovely dessert. You can also look up Claudia Rosen's orange cake recipe, which is unique that you start with boiling whole oranges.
