Make a batter of the chocolate brownie cake from purple Spice n Spirit and pout into two large baking pans.

bake 15-30 mins until just done. try not to overbake.

make a batch of icecream ( I used from the neopolitan recipe int he purple cookbook - and I made it three times over

30 oz whipped cream (1 Rich's carton)
12 eggs separated
sugar (look in the recipe to make sure how much)
vanilla
and I put in mint essence.

I poured the icecream over the brownie and froze it (make sure brownies are cool before doing that!)

slice it and serve w/ strawberreis
it makes 2 huge cakes which u can get at least 16 biggg pieces out of each one
sorry typing so unclearly - holding a baby!!

the peanut butter acts as a thinckener for teh caramel.
is there a milder nut butter he might like? almond etc....
or maybe u can delete the peanut butter and instead of using choclate syrup, use chocolate in a thicker form.....
