"Yob" means a lout or a hoodlum, British slang, "boy" spelled backwards. Thank you, Mr. Webster. I knew it was nothing good. No idea what a Chav is.

Nope. The only bibs I've seen were for adults. I wear one at every meal, but my kids- never.
