elkayed- we call those Double Crunch Brownies and they are YUM! I already had it saved on my computer, so I'll save you the trouble of posting it:

1 brownie recipe or mix
1 cup of chocolate chips
3/4 cup of peanut butter
1 1/2 cup Rice Krispies
4 Tbl. Marshmallow Fluff

Make brownies according recipe.
While brownies are baking, make the topping:
Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a double boiler or microwave.
Add Rice Krispies to the chocolate/peanut butter mixture.
When brownies come out of the oven, spoon marshmallow fluff on top.
When brownies have cooled, spread the marshmallow fluff.
Spread the topping on top of the marshmallow fluff.
Cool in fridge.
Serve cool or at room temperature.

Sounds great. But I can't imagine serving this on Y"t night.
More like a dessert after a brunch no?

its pretty similar to mine..somehow it seems simpler..maybe cuz you are using a brownie mix while mine is from scratch..its a fun delicious dessert. It looks like a cake so it can definitely be served at the meals. I make it for shalom zochers often.

This is very fattening but looks great in a glass dish.

There are 3 layers.

1. Place simple finger cookies or even osem if you dont have on the bottom layer.
Pour a cup of boiling hot coffee over them. I add alcohol or rum essence too.
Place one more layer of these cookies on top, then pour more hot rum essence? and coffee if you like.

2. The next layer is a very rich dark Choclate mouse, not too airy, more dense. You could put in freezer for about 5 minutes or so before top layer.

3. I mix nutriwhip with coffee/rum essence or whatever and some sugar, it should have a light brown colour. Spoon this on the Top layer.

Put in Fridge and leave for next day. It looks so sophisticated when its cut and its oh so good.
