I have a whole collection of recipes I had put together and was always dreaming of publishing it and raise money for our Chabad House, but I dont have time to edit it all and also need opinions about the recipes. could anybody help me? maybe if I post the recipes or soemthing and you give me your opinion or maybe you will c mistakes. or I don't know myself!

its a very large project but it can be done.
im not good at designing such a project but I have very strong writing skills and I love to cook.....
my husband is a great taste tester if u need help on that end...

I know - from experience - that this is an expensive project! I have worked on SEVERAL such cookbooks.
You have to market and sell them too, you know.

I have connections with printers - it's in the family - so that can take care of that.

I'll be glad to help proofread recipes- many of these type of books miss important steps and need a bit more editing than they recieve.
I'm also willing to try out recipes for you. I could always add them to my menu.

I know they say too many cooks spoil the broth, but I dont think that would apply to proofreading recipes, lol. Feel free to PM me if you need another proofreader. I would really enjoy it!

my husband is a chef (and a really good one at that!)
