I actually like taking pictures without the kids. For lunch time I take a picture of the table with placemats. I take pictures of a couple of toys together etc

I found great ones on chinuch.org. They have a whole "school" section in their clipart. Great ones for line-leader, door-holder, etc., and just generic school pictures of kids at work and play.
