I made chummus last Friday for shabbos. I don't usually have leftovers, but this week no one at it. I have enough for shabbos. Do you think it will still be good? How long does it usually last?

I make a huge batch and put it in the freezer in small containers. I took out a container last week and plan on serving the rest this week if it smells good. I did serve it tuesday and it was fine. I go by smell. It smells bad when it's not good.

No, probably 3-4 days tops. Next time do what yo'ma did and freeze it.

I make mine w/o techina, 5 days max. I'll try freezeing if I ever have a lot after shabbos.

My chumus smells fine the next Thursday, but I toss it anyway. Don't want to take chances.
