Okey I'am going to bed in a minute and I did not want this to go on untill tomorrow.
So here goes SaraG you got the closest.
He was collecting money to teach Rebbe's in Chedars that they do not have to Physically and mentally abuse the kids to get them to do what they want.
For example if they stand up the Rebbe does not need to clip them around the ear or send them to the Principle. Or throw books at the kids, or smack the kids with rulers, the list goes on.
He was saying that at first the Rabbeim were opposed to this organisation being det up but now they are thankful for it and that things are changing with their help.

No. Just thought it was sad that Rebbe's were still useing physical and mental abuse against kids and on the other hand was glad that finally this problem is being addressed it is about time too.
