2 large cans pineapple chunks; drain and reserve juice
2/3 lb. cheese, grated
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
juice from 1 lemon
snacker crackers, crumbled
1/4 cup margarine
Mix sugar, flour, and lemon juice.
Add pineapple and cheese.
Pour enough pineapple juice over mixture to barely cover.
Put snacker cracker crumbs on top and drizzle margarine over top.
Bake 325 for 45 minutes or until thick.
