I started getting the Hellman’s Tarter Sauce as a cold fish topping – for salmon or gefilte fish – and it’s delicious!
I also just got a Hellman’s Dijonnaise – mustard and mayo I guess – which is zingy and terrific (it’s almost double the price, though).

My favorite for fish is ketchup and chrain. I recently try the hellens tarter and its OK.
