Hi,
Ok, Family First has a recipe for salmon that you grill, any alternatives (I don't have a grill)? The recipe looks yummm.
In short, you mix Teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar together. spread muster, place in bag and pour marinate inside. marinate for 4 hours. Grill for 6-8 minutes.

Put it in the oven under the broiler. I do that with salmon all the time!

My broiler needs major cleaning. Can I just marinate it and then put it in the oven on 400?

You don't have to put it in your oven at all. I do it on the stove-top all the time (with the skin still on). I just baste it every couple of minutes. Just make sure not to put your flame on too high and don't overcook it. About 10 minutes max.

I do almost every week - salmon with soy sauce, honey and sugar, let it sit for a while, then just bake on 350 for 20-25 mins, a few minutes longer if you want a more caramelised look.
