(I live in a very OOT community, and have no family "in town" to ask.)
My daughter takes private swimming lessons with a couple of girls who do have family "in town."
The girls wear these long sleeved, ankle or mid-calf length swim cover-ups that they received as gifts from family in Lakewood or New York or Israel, not sure where.
Their mom doesn't know where they're from either.
I have spent about an hour tonight trying to find something similar.
This is the closest thing I could find, but it's way too short:
http://www.bodenusa.com/en-US/......html
Has anyone seen anything like this?
Please give me a phone number so I can call and have something shipped.
I guess many if not most of the frum stores out east just don't have web sites yet
So hard to shop for Tzneus clothing OOT!!!

there are two cute ones here that are reasonably priced, $48.00. also if you do a search or modest swim wear, or tznius bathing suits on google, some things usually pop up

Wow! I absolutely love Under Cover Water Wear's swim suits for ladies and girls!!
Wish I had seen it earlier.
In any case, it's a private girls swim lesson at a private pool, so my DD doesn't need a tzneus swim suit, just a tzneus cover up to wear to and from the pool.
At this point I might just have to sew my own, but I really don't have time right now for that sort of project!
My DD has one now that she's wearing from last year, but it's getting to be too short on her.
Anyone seen a long sleeve, long length girls swim cover up in any frum stores?

I have an Aqua Modesta swim suit for myself that I highly recommend, but again, just looking for a long cover-up in a girls size.
A cover up in a swim fabric also won't keep DD warm when she's all wet on her way home from lessons, so I want something made out of terry, or towel material.
...still considering making one myself

I have not seen them yet but I am assuming they will be back but last year there was a long sleeve zip up terry robe for just such a thing. You can try calling all-in-one 718-851-7411 or millers 718-436-8372. they might have them already if not they would if or when they will be getting them. hope that helps

why not just wear a robe or an old tee shirt and shmattah skirt? I never had those things for my kids. I don't have one for myself, either.

Hi, my girls are begging for nice cover-up robes like their friends all have. They cost a fortune at the stores here. Are there any online stores to buy cover ups? Thanks.

Not very long. the dimensions are very exact - they give the full length.
My average height 6 year old has the Little Girl 'L' from last year and it hits her just above the knee. I'm tempted to get the next size but it isn't much longer and the arms will be too long.
I'm also in search of a reasonable priced terry cover up that covers the knees

I've ordered Land's End ones for the last three years already. If you can combine a coupon code once they're marked down they can be under $10. They cover the knees but are not much longer so will not be ankle length for an older girl. For little girls (3-8) they're great.

I saw the pictures online for Basic Colors. Are the cover ups long enough? They look very short in the picture.
