yummy, easy and quick recipes for whole seabass please!
with emphasis on the quick cause I'll be working till five, dinner is at eight and I'll have to put the kids to bed at seven.

For fillet I usually pan-fry til the skin gets crisp. The trick is to sprinkle some salt on skins and heat the oil hot.
For whole, you can stuff cavity with chopped herb (try taragon, it goes VERY nicely) and garlic, splash either a squeeze of lemon juice or dry white wine and bake. Cooking time depends but general rule of thumb is 7-8minutes for 1inch thickness.

mix in a food processor olive oil and a few garlic cloves until you get sort of a creamy liquid. Drizzle it over seabass and bake. After about 20 mins, put under the broiler for 3 minutes until top is crispy.
YUM.
