how many cups of rice serve 15 people?
if you have any tips how to bake rice just right I'll take them!

The general rule is to figure about half a cup per person. So for 15 people it would be 7.5 cups

15 people is a lot of people And it's always better to have extra than too little.

Do you have a lot of other food? I would go by what the package says I guess. I make it in a rice cooker comes out great and it's easy. It only costs $20 or so could be worth investing in one.

That would be half a cup of COOKED rice. One cup uncooked makes a little more than 2 cups cooked - 4 servings. I think 4 cups UNCOOKED would be more than enough.

Really? I usually use one cup of uncooked rice for the two of us. I'd probably use 8 cups for 15 but we're big rice eaters!
