this sounds good. About how many servings does it make? Did anyone try freezing it?

I would like to try it for dinner one night this week. Do you really cook the pasta for 45-60 minutes? Wouldn't it get way overcooked?

Do you just cook it as long as the directions on the pasta box say (10 minutes)? Or more?

This is on the stove right now! Will probably cook a total of 20-30 minutes because my kids won't wait so long until dinner

YUM!! I just made this today and it came out so great. I used crushed tomatoes instead of tomato sauce and also added a bit more ketchup. Once I saw the noodles were soft I closed the flame and kept the pot covered. The liquid then got absorbed and noodles got bigger, they didnt get too soft though which was great. Also my dd who is a really picky eater ate almost a full bowl! THANKS!!
