Could u post the cauliflower kugel recipe?

Also I'm looking for a broccoli or zuchinni kugel recipe that does not contain mayo or margarine.

Broccoli or spinach kugul

two frozen packages of broccoli or spinach (10oz each)
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup flavored breadcrumbs
1.5 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and bake for 30 minutes.

As usual, no exact measurements.

Mix together one package cauliflower, mayonaise, 2 eggs, 1/2 stick margarine (melted), sauteed onions, and onion soup mix together, place in baking pan and bake at 350 for about an hour till golden brown.

honey mustard salmon
salade cuit (matbucha)
chatzlim
morrocan carrot salad
cabbage salad
cucumber salad
tomato salad
marinated veggies

blended vegetable soup

shnitzel

If I make it to the morning, we will go to my mil (I'm impatient to go into labor already) And we made dessert to send there:

Strawberry ice cream pie (made from the strawberries my son picked on his camp trip this week)

Mantelbread and fruit

Day, a variation of the above with cold chicken and coldcuts for meat course

salads:matbucha,eggplant and onions,baked peppers,cauliflower w/ garlic
mayo and mustard salmon
chicken soup
honey/mustard/mayo chicken with sweet potatoes in dessert white wine and apricot jam sauce
squash/peppers and eggplant bake
dessert:melon balls,apples in fillo dough[warm],peanut butter and choc. ice cream

iceberg with mango,israeli salad,chummos[bought], cauliflower w/garlic
chamin/ dafina[potatoes,barley,chicken]
broccoli souffle/kugel
squash/peppers/eggplant bake
dessert:[fresh] pineapple,mango sherbert[bought],ice pops for kids

Potato Salad
Cucomber Salad
Spinach Salad
Humous
Chicken soup w/ lokshen and knaidelach
Mushroom & olive chicken w/ baby potatoes underneath
Gorgeous looking ice-cream cake by Strauss - haven't tasted it yet.

Same on Shabbos day except no soup or chicken but serving cholent.

bought plain egg challah
diet coke with lime
seltzer
cuke salad - dh went to the farmer's market
cholent since it's Shabbos mevorchim and dd likes it
cranberry sauce from freezer
noodle salad with red pepper and baby corn
fruit salad
