OK, not quite a reaction to the title, but the OP was asking about asking a teenage son to purchase feminine hygiene products. And all I could think was ... what else did she ask him? Was the poor boy standing in the aisle perusing the Welch's and Smuckers, wondering where the Kiryat Yoel was, and whether ima wanted grape or raspberry.
