whats your favorite recipe from the Dining In series?

I have both those cookbooks. I dont like trying new recipes until I hear from someone that it is good. So.... what are your favorite recipes in the dining in cookbooks?

Ive tried alot of things. Spiced rubbed chicken, secret ingredient roast, went very well. I usually pull out both of the dining in cookbooks before I look in any other

The Cream of Zucchini soup in the first one is YUMMY! I double or triple it and freeze.

Btw, I love those cookbooks. I just made the chocolate cherry cream pie. I freeze it and serve it as ice cream. I also leave out the choc layer and just mix in chopped choc chips, to make it easier.
