okay, so ive seen a couple of posts now on breaded and fried gefilte fish. I googled it and they say its very popular in england...is this true?
also, for those who have made it - how do you serve it?
online it says can be served cold (thinking shabbos day?), but my experience with fried foods is that they get soggy if not served fresh.
so for those experiences with breaded, fried gefilte fish - any good recipes and how do you prepare and serve it?
TIA!

I defrost a roll just enough to cut, slice it, roll each slice in seasoned bread crumbs, and then bake it at 350 for about an hour, until it's crunchy. I serve it cold, and it isn't soggy, since it wasn't fried. It's delicious!
